Every rider's success begins with an incredible team of volunteers. Whether you're working alongside a horse in the arena, helping care for our beautiful farm, or lending your talents behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in creating life-changing experiences for our riders, veterans, and families.
Volunteer Needs and Areas
Lesson Support
Lesson Support volunteers work directly with riders, instructors, and horses to ensure every lesson is safe, supportive, and successful. Volunteers may serve as side walkers, horse leaders, or assist with grooming, tacking, and untacking before and after lessons.

No horse experience? No problem! Side walkers receive all the training they need, while horse leaders participate in additional training to safely handle our horses.

Barn & Facilities Support
Help keep Promise Landing Farm looking its best through barn chores, facility projects, organizing equipment, landscaping, and seasonal improvements. With flexible scheduling and a variety of projects, this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

Special Events
From our Trail Trotters 5K and Promise Ball to equestrian clinics and community celebrations, our volunteers help bring every event to life. Whether you're greeting guests, helping with set-up, or supporting activities throughout the day, there's always an opportunity to get involved.
